Choose To Walk In Love

Choose To Walk In Love

"Love As The Creator Loves"

I have learned that people fear what they don't understand.  The lack of knowledge plays a major role with a lot of the disagreements, and arguments we have.  The enemy thrives where there is a lot of confusion.  He also thrives where there is the lack of love.  For, God is love!  "And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him." (1 John 4:16).  For, He is the creator, and sustainer of love.  All believers are to be vessels of God's love and light!  For, it is He who shines within us!  Love and light can drive out all powers of evil.  Hate begets hate, and evil begets evil.  We cannot cure the other with same thing!
We need more love circulating in the world.  "Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:" (Ephesians 4:31).  But, "With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forebearing one another in love;" (Ephesians 4:2).  Speaking with love, and through love we should "Choose To Walk In Love."  To forgive as God has forgiven you.  To show mercy, as mercy was shown unto you, to treat others, as God would treat them, and to see people as God sees them.  God sees everyone as His own treasures, so we should be cautious of how we treat them.  Look at others as Jesus would look at them.  Let us be guided by the spirit, and not to trust our own judgments.  "For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's. (Philippians 2:21).  Even when we have the best intentions in our heart, it doesn't mean they are always the right ones.  Do everything in love, and place love everywhere.  Guide others in love, teach others in love, correct others in love, and reproof one another in love.  "And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour." (Ephesians 5:2)

We can't change anyone, only God can.  So, we should leave it in His hands!  We can do a lot for someone just by loving them.  There is nothing that is happening that should be a surprise, because of the times we are in.  "And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold." (Matthew 24:12).  That is why I will, "Choose To Walk In Love."  Because...
We should always be in continual prayer for those who have not repented, and turned away from sin.  So, let us walk in unity with another, spreading the love, and gospel of Jesus Christ."  Everyone has the right to the tree of life, and all have a chance to be freed.  Walk in love, and love as the creator loves!  Let us be together on one accord, to edify, and build up the body of Christ in preparation for the kingdom.  "If we lose love and self respect for each other, this is how we finally die." - Maya Angelou.  Let us sing praises unto Him together, and lift His holy name!  Jesus said, "And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me."  (John 12:32).  To God Be The Glory!!!

God's Love & Mercy Endures Forever

God's Love & Mercy Endures Forever

"O Lord, be gracious unto us; we have waited for thee: be thou their arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble." (Isaiah 33:2).

"Though we are incomplete, God loves us completely.  Though we are imperfect, He loves us perfectly.  Though we may feel lost and without compass, God's love encompass us completely." - Dieter F. Uchtdorf.

God's love surpasses anything, and everything.  There is no other love higher or greater than the creator's!!!  For, "The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy." (Psalms 103:8).  What would become of us, if God truly dealt with us!  The enemy would want nothing more than to take us, devour, and destroy us.  He is not playing with us, so, why do we play with God?  For, "It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is they faithfulness." (Lamentations 3:22-23).  The moment we rise up, the Lord clothes us with fresh graces and mercies.  How amazingly wonderful God is!!!  "Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he deligheth in mercy." (Micah 7:18).  My heart will continuously rejoice in Him, praise Him, honor Him, and worship Him!  If it wasn't for God's love, grace, and mercy; I don't know where I would I be!!!  "For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations." (Psalms 100:5).  May all His people sing praises unto Him!!!  I say again...

"O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever. O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever." (Psalms 136:2-4).  To God be the glory!!!

3 Things God Has Never Seen

3 Things God Has Never Seen

If there is blood flowing through your veins, air flowing through your lungs, and you still have a pulsating heart, then it is not too late.  God does not discriminate!!!  "For there is no respect of person with God." (Romans 2:11).  Thank you Jesus for your love, mercy, and saving grace!!! “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ).  “But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” (James 4:16-17).  “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:8-9).  “Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.” (2 Peter 3:14).  “Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.” (Romans 12:21).  But, may we all...

“For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.” (Romans 5:10-11).  “In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:” (Colossians 1:22).  Christ died to save us, not in our sins, but from our sins; and we were yet sinners when He died for us.  Jesus Christ's unconditional love will always reign surpreme!!!  To God be the glory!!!

Focus on the Promises of God

Focus on the Promises of God

Focus more on the promises of what God has in store for you instead of the problems you are facing to get there.  By focusing in on God and His promises you allow inner peace to flow throughout your heart, and mind.  What God has purposed here on earth will come to pass unfailing, and sure.  His word brings peace, love, and restoration.  Max Lucado said, "God is either God of all or not God at all.  Semi-sovereignty is not an option."  There is nothing that happens on the earth or universe that God is not aware of.  He is all powerful, all knowing, and triumphant over Satan, sin, and death.  "So shall my words be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands." (Isaiah 55:11-12).  Such powerful words!    The promise in the word is hope, and should urge all believers to spread the gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ.  Whatever God has willed for you, whatever God, has spoken to you,  and whatever God has promised you, he intends to finish it in you.  He is going to do it.  The battle is not yours, but the Lords!  If God said, trust, and believe it!
When you start to feel like everything is closing in, you began to worry, or you start having doubts, take a deep breath, and call on God.  When the enemy starts to tell you that you are not capable, not worthy for the task, plagues you with self-guilt, and condemnation, just call on Jesus!  Remember, that battle is not yours.  That victory was won when Jesus died on the cross.  You are victorious!  Take a stand, and don't allow the enemy to tell you that you are the victim.  Keep your head held high in confidence with Christ Jesus!  Having a "looking forward to" mindset will help you to "Focus on the Promises of God", and not the problems faced of this world. Knowing that,
Having faith, and "Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:" (Philippians 1:6).  And He, "Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 1:8).  Those that wait for the coming of our Lord Jesus will be kept by Him to the end by and with free grace.  "Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord." (Psalms 27:4).  You will never fail, nor be ashamed by waiting on God.
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31).  What promises!!!  To God be the glory!  "Grace will complete what grace begins!"

Have a blessed day dear friends!

Being Alive and Revived In Christ

Being Alive and Revived In Christ

"Just because there are fish swimming in the river, does not mean they are all swimming upstream. A dead fish can swim, but it takes a live one to swim up." - Kenya Hodge

Being alive and revived in Christ!  "But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenlyplaces in Christ Jesus:"  (Ephesians 2:4-6).  Thank God for his love, grace, and mercy!  The unconditional love that God showed to us by sending His only son to die for our sins.  His everlasting grace, and unmerited favor that allows us to be partakers of His salvation, and kingdom.  His river flowing mercy that pours on us, and showers us with His compassion and forgiveness, that we may have a chance of eternal life.  Sin + man = Death, but Christ + man = Life.

"For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death." (Romans 8:2). The grace that saves is free, and is a gift from God.  The undeserved goodness saves all, not by works of the law, but through love, and faith in Christ Jesus.
Once Christ is accepted in the heart of man, Christ's blood showers us covering, freeing, and saving us from sin and the wrath of God.  God hates evil, and he hates sin.  If someone commits a murder, and is executed for the crime, they are no longer tied to the law, because of death that has freed them from their sin or crime.  Jesus, on the other hand, had no sin, but died like a sinner with all the world's crimes on His shoulders.  "Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 6:11).  It shows how deeply God loves us, and cares for us.  The unconditioned love that loves unconditionally.  "Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:" (John 11:25).  Christians, let us continue to swim upstream to God, displaying the very same to all, as He has displayed to us.  We are no better than any other, and all deserves God's love, grace, and mercy.  Let our love deepen for one another, by spreading love and the gospel of Jesus Christ to everybody.
