Heartfelt
Scripture Share To All Christians
As Christians, in our daily
walk, we are to talk, act, and represent the things of Christ. On
this journey you will face many trails, and tribulations. The roads will
get rough, and the going will be tough, but we can have ultimate joy, and peace
even in the midst of it all. Jesus said, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in
me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good
cheer; I have overcome the world.”
(John 16:33). By
doing so, in our everyday lives we strive to share God's words, His works, and
most importantly His unconditional love to everyone. In that we should
serve Him, "With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering,
forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in
the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in
one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father
of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all." (Ephesians
4:2-6). By doing this we should, "Be sober, be vigilant;
because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking
whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same
afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.” (1 Peter
5:8-9). If, and when you are being attacked, look to God.
"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his
might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the
wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against
principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this
world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the
whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and
having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with
truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with
the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith,
wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And
take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of
God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching
thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;"
(Ephesians 6:10-18). The full armor was given to all Christians to
guard the front of our bodies. It is to protect the vital organs,
and most importantly it protects our hearts. There is no
armor mentioned for the back, because we are to trust in God, face
the devil, and take a stand against him. It never mentioned for us to
fight him, but to stand, and doing all we can to stand. The battle
against him was defeated when Jesus died on the cross. “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist
the devil, and he will flee from you.”
(James 4:7).
Where ever you may go, pray, and ask God for His guidance, wisdom, and
discernment. For guidance,
For discernment, "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits
whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus
Christ is come in the flesh is of God:" (1 John 4:1-2). Being
loving, kind, and yet wise. "Behold, I send you forth as sheep in
the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as
doves." (Matthew 10:16). For wisdom,
The pure, and peaceable
wisdom from God above in love. "Who is a wise man and endued with
knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with
meekness of wisdom. But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your
hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not
from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife
is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from
above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of
mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit
of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace." (James
3:13-18). And finally, dear brothers, and sisters, "Keep yourselves
in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal
life. And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with
fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the
flesh. Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you
faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise
God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever.
Amen.” (Jude 1:21-25)✟ We must all come together in love, and in unity
to inspire others. Not just with our words, but with the Words of
God. Jesus said, "Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set
on an hill cannot be hid." (Matthew 5:14). So,
